Back pain, we've all been there. Sometimes it comes and goes, sometimes it comes and stays. None of which should be takeqn lightly. Pain is your body's way of communicating that something isn't right.
First of all, I want to point out that chronic conditions pertaining to the musculoskeletal system are serious and you should always seek guidance from a chiropractor or medical doctor if pain comes on quickly or is persistent.
Back to my scope, nutritional deficiencies and organ stress due to imbalances! I bet you didn't think your back pain could have anything to do with food, minerals, or hormones. Well, it can.
Low back pain - Chronic stress causes adrenal dysfunction. Your hormones, minerals, and blood sugar become unbalanced. You may experience hypoglycemic tendencies and perceived thyroid issues. You may be sensitive to bright lights/sunshine, experience a sore throat AND, you guessed it: low back pain.
Middle back pain - Chronic dehydration, excessive caffeine, soda, coffee, and food intolerances can leave your kidneys inflamed. This can lead to infections and even kidney stones causing crippling... mid/side back pain.
- Upper back pain - Specifically between the shoulder blades. Diets low in fat for an extended period of time, hormone imbalances, chronic stress, and low stomach acid all are factors that create a low or improper functioning gallbladder... one of the most prominent signs of chronic gallbladder issues is *drumroll please* upper back pain.
