Hydration may be your BIGGEST deficiency.


Summer is around the corner and even though the issue of dehydration is year round - we tend to hear about it more in the summer months.

Here are a few signs to look for to recognize dehydration:


1. Fatigue
2. Anxiety
3. Irritability
4. Depression
5. Cravings
6. Cramps
7. Headaches


1. Heartburn
2. Joint Pain
3. Back Pain
4. Migraines
5. Fibromyalgia
6. Constipation
7. Colitis

Anything on this list surprising to you? I know when I was first studying hydration, a number of these shocked me.

It's not enough to just drink water, either. Your body needs to absorb it to utilize it, by maintaining proper mineral levels in the body, especially sodium.

Try adding a pinch of sea salt to your water, a squeeze of lemon, or some good quality mineral drops.
