How does it work?
Our Nutritional Therapy services consist of various sessions that build on the previous session. You have the ability to proceed at your own pace according to your specific needs by purchasing sessions individually, or save up to 22% by booking a package. We believe that Nutritional Therapy should be available to everyone! With that in mind, we do offer an affordable payment plan option if you elect to purchase a package.
Step 1: Initial Consultation - You're always going to start with the Initial Consultation. This session gives us a great foundation to discover what is going on. You will receive solid actionable steps and guidance to see immediate improvement regarding your current health concerns.
Step 2: Nutritional Assessment - The next step is the Nutritional Assessment (NA), where we have an opportunity to dive into the actual root cause of your health concerns. You will receive a 6 week protocol focused on your bio-individual needs to bring your body back into balance.
Step 3: Follow-up Consultations - After you have completed a 6 week protocol, you have the option of booking a Follow-up Consultation session to discuss your progress, make any necessary adjustments to your protocol, and/or outline a maintenance plan moving forward.
Support Sessions - We also offer Support Chats that can be booked at anytime, when you feel like you need a little extra guidance or support.
Functional Evaluation with Lingual-Nero Testing - If you're local (Norman, OK area) and would like a more in-depth approach you have the option of booking a Functional Evaluation (FE) session, after the Nutritional Assessment and completed 6 week protocol. The FE builds on the Nutritional Assessment and allows us to further determine in-detail the areas of stress and imbalances in the body, as well as test specific nutrients and/or nutritional supplements to ensure optimal progress. Learn more about the FE here.
Billing information is required at the time of booking, however your payment will not be processed until we have had a chance to review your booking request. Payment plan options are available in the package details.
