Bacon. Bacon is so wonderful. Especially when you buy bacon from happy pigs without nitrates and better yet, without sugar. I absolutely love Pederson's. There are a number of ways to cook bacon, but typically they result in a mess on the stove. Pan frying in a cast iron skillet is so delicious, but the mess!
