Meal Plans & Recipes

We are now offering meal plans and recipes based on lifestyles and nutrition needs! As a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Lorraine believes that properly prepared, nutrient dense foods are the absolute foundation of a healthy lifestyle. 

Each meal plan ranges 5-7 days, with 10-20 delicious recipes, and also includes a shopping list, meal prep guide, and nutritional information per meal and day. Use the meal plans as written, or simply pull a couple of new recipes each week based on your time, budget, cooking style, and desire! There is no need to overwhelm yourself with 20 new recipes in one week, so take your time and explore each plan at your own pace.
