I am so excited to get started and want to take a moment to express how grateful I am to be working with you! I know that you have a lot of options available to you for your wellness needs, and I am extremely honored you have entrusted me to guide you.


So what's next?! 

  1. Check your e-mail! You will receive a series of e-mails:
    1. If you're a new client you'll receive an invitation to activate your account on the Practice Better Client Portal (it's highly recommended to download the BETTER app).
    2. A request to confirm your booked session time.
    3. Notification of forms to be completed.
  2. When booking your session/package you were required to provide your billing information. You have not been charged just yet. I will review your request and make sure we're all set before processing your payment. If you just booked a package and are interested in our payment plans, please contact me ASAP and we can get you set up!
