For the challenge you will be asked to complete a quick Client In-take form, and also a Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ) before and after the challenge. The NAQ consists of 300+ questions regarding your current symptoms, which ultimately provides a high level overview of areas of stress in the body. This information will allow Lorraine to make three personalized lifestyle or nutritional recommendations based on your current needs. In addition to the three recommendations, you will also upgrade your coffee* to a variety containing ganoderma over the next 30 days. It is advised to use the ganoderma coffee exclusively to replace your current coffee for best results. Your normal coffee is acidic, dehydrating, and can be irritating to the gut and adrenals. Lastly, based on your Nutritional Assessment you will also receive one Primally Balanced essential oil blend. Lorraine will choose this blend for you based on the highest area of stress outlined in the NAQ to make sure your body receives additional support as needed. What to expect after purchase:
